Job Description:
The TPM team will manage the domain specific technical support for all products used by the customers.
The TPM provides expertise and technical support on Products. They will be the product expert to answer questions either from customers or from other entities. The TPM should analyze customers feedback and occurrences on the products to provide leadership and direction to development activities. The TPM prioritizes the bug fixes and needed enhancements in the product, follow-up progress with developers and validates the changes before product delivery.
To provide expertise and technical support on Products, specifically providing accurate answers (either by workaround or software fixes) to the customer. In order to do that, the job of the TPM is to analyze tickets raised by customers and create the accurate tickets in Agility to correct the bugs, then to validate those changes before delivering to the customer.
Mandatory skills :
A knowledge of avionics is required
Fluent in English
Technical team management (reporting)
