📍 Location: Brampton (Hybrid)
🕒 Type: Full-Time / Contract

JD and Key Responsibilities:
🔹 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical management role.
🔹 Hands-on experience with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices.
🔷 Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
🔷 Work closely with cross-functional teams including BSAs, developers, QA, and DevOps across onshore and offshore locations.
🔷 Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
🔷 Provide technical guidance in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and other web technologies.
🔷 Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/SAFe environment.
🔷 Ensure delivery compliance with performance KPIs, SLAs, and governance standards.
🔷 Participate in technical solutioning, estimations, and resource planning.
🔷 Identify risks and work on mitigation strategies proactively.
🔷 Mentor and guide junior team members.
