Job Title: Technical Lead Java (GCP)
📍Location: Remote (Need Candidates from Canada only)
⌛Duration: Longterm Contract
Experience Level: 10+ year core experience

Technical Qualifications
Java Expertise: Deep expertise in Java, including JVM internals, concurrency, performance tuning, and enterprise design patterns.
Spring Boot: Extensive experience designing and building scalable, production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly GKE, and designing cloud-native architectures (experience with AWS services is a plus).
Golang: Strong proficiency in Golang, with experience building high-performance, concurrent services.
Databases & Caching: Advanced experience with SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redis, including schema design and performance optimization.
Testing Strategy: Expertise in defining and enforcing testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including production deployments and troubleshooting.
CI/CD Leadership: Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release automation using modern tooling.
Networking & Security: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, distributed systems, and application security best practices.
Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation to manage and scale infrastructure.
Version Control & Collaboration: Advanced usage of GitHub, including branching strategies, code reviews, and release management.
Agile Delivery: Experience leading or influencing agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions in complex, ambiguous environments.
