⭐ What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of developers while staying deeply hands-on with coding
Design, architect, and implement new capabilities in a mature industrial connectivity platform
Dive deep into a complex C/C++ codebase and a C#/WPF desktop interface
Own high-level technical decisions AND solve real-world customer challenges
Champion best practices in coding, security, testing, and architecture
⭐ What You Bring
✔ 7+ years software development experience
✔ Expertise in C, C++, and C# / WPF (Windows, multithreaded)
✔ Strong debugging, architecture, and problem-solving skills
✔ Leadership/mentorship experience (formal or informal)
✔ Curiosity and passion for large, complex systems
✨ Bonus Points For
Industrial communication protocols (OPC Classic/UA, Modbus, TCP/IP)
ICS / SCADA / DCS / HMI experience
IoT protocols (MQTT), scripting internals, or Linux C
Security concepts (SSL/TLS, MFA), databases, or containerization
Interest in AI integration, predictive analytics, or LLMs
