We’re looking for a Technical Lead to drive innovation on a widely deployed industrial data connectivity platform. What You’ll Do:
Lead & mentor a small development team, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
Architect and develop new software features in C, C++, and C#/WPF
Become a product expert and provide escalation support for complex issues
Drive best practices in coding, testing, security, and architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, QA, and support teams
Must-Have Skills:
7+ years in professional software development with hands-on coding experience
Strong proficiency in C, C++, and C#/WPF desktop applications
Experience in Windows multi-threaded environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in English
Nice-to-Haves:
Industrial protocols: OPC Classic/UA, Modbus, TCP/IP
IoT / MQTT experience
Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, DCS, HMI systems
Cloud platform exposure: Azure, AWS, GCP
Interest or experience with AI, predictive analytics, or machine learning
