Role:- Technical Lead

Experience Required:- 10 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of post-quantum cryptography strategies.
• Provide expert knowledge of classical cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC, AES, SHA, etc.) and their application across systems.
• Guide the creation of a cryptographic bill of materials (CBOM) and perform crypto-inventory and risk categorization for enterprise systems.
• Evaluate and recommend post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (NIST candidates, hybrid models, lattice-based, hash-based, code-based, multivariate, etc.).
• Develop migration roadmaps from classical cryptography to PQC or hybrid cryptographic approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate PQC solutions into databases, applications, PKI systems, and cloud environments.
• Stay up to date with NIST PQC standardization efforts, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to junior cryptography engineers and security professionals.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data protection frameworks.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Cryptography, Information Security, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture and cryptography, with significant hands-on expertise in classical cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
• Deep knowledge of data protection suites, PKI, key management systems, TLS, and secure communications.
• Familiarity with post-quantum cryptographic algorithms and their practical applications.
• Experience building crypto inventories (CBOMs) and performing risk categorization.
• Strong background in designing and executing cryptographic migration strategies.
• Excellent understanding of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR, FIPS 140-3).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with hybrid cryptography implementations in production environments.
• Contributions to cryptography research, open-source projects, or standards bodies.
• Hands-on experience with cryptographic libraries and toolkits (OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle, WolfSSL, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud-native security (AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud KMS).
