Technical Implementation Consultant/PM

We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant/PM with experience in Genesys Cloud Solutions to lead a strategic migration project! 🌟
🔹 Location: Barrie, ON (2-3 days in office/week)
🔹 Contract: 6-month term with possible 3-month extension
Project Overview:
Our client is migrating from Enghouse IVCT to the Genesys PureConnect cloud platform, and we need a talented consultant/project manager to lead the charge! You’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of this pivotal project, collaborating with teams across the board to ensure a smooth transition.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead the migration from IVCT to Genesys Cloud
✅ Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing risk, timelines, and milestones
✅ Coordinate with internal/external teams to customize and integrate Genesys solutions
✅ Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
✅ Handle budget, resources, and project documentation
What You Need:
🔹 8-10 years in technical project management
🔹 Proven experience with Genesys Cloud Solutions (especially PureConnect)
🔹 Background in telephony systems and IVCT migration
🔹 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
🔹 Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (a plus!)
