📍 Waterloo, ON (Hybrid)| Contract | $20–$24/hr

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Background in order processing, fulfillment, or Order to Cash environments
• Ability to manage increased workload during busy periods (month-end/quarter-end)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with MS Office; knowledge of SAP or related systems a bonus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

Ideal candidates come from industries such as Software/SaaS, Telecom, E-commerce, Technology Support, or Enterprise Software.
