Best vs average someone who has coordinated cloud migration (GCP or Azure). The manager would like to prioritize candidates with previous technical coordination experience.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
9 years of experience as a Technical Coordinator within IT security field.
3 years of experience adhering to financial budgets, financial reporting, reviewing invoicing and statements of work
5 years of experience
Experience with data quality reporting, highlighting risks, trends, and recommended improvements to support decision-making.
3- 5 years of experience reading and comprehending regulatory-type documentation or internal enterprise standards.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
Experience with Jira service management
Experience with Power BI
