Technical Business Analysts

TTP is seeking two experienced Technical Business Analysts to support the Government Services Integration Cluster (GSIC). In this role, you will work on the Shared Utility Service (SUS) platform, which is an enterprise hosting environment that supports over 200 government applications, including more than 30 critical systems. Your responsibilities will include leading audits, maintaining platform documentation, generating operational reports, and supporting the onboarding and integration of new applications. What You Bring: – 7+ years as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments – Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills – Experience with IT operations, ITIL, SDLC, and DevOps processes – Proven ability to lead workshops and support release planning Nice to Have: – Cloud experience: Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure – Knowledge of CMDB and ITSM tools (Remedy, eSMT) – Exposure to enterprise integration technologies (APIs, WebSphere, J2EE) If you possess the required skills and are interested in this position, please message me directly.
