As a Technical Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of HR enablement, ensuring seamless operation and improvement of our HR tech solutions.
🔹 Incident & Request Management: Quickly handle and resolve requests that come through email and ServiceNow to keep systems running smoothly.
🔹 Workday Configuration & Support: Work hands-on with Workday to configure, support, and optimize integrations that connect our HR tech stack.
🔹 Reports & Dashboards Creation: Build and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards within Workday that provide clear insights for strategic HR decision-making.
🔹 Third-Party Application Support: Provide key support for third-party applications linked to HR enablement, ensuring they’re optimized and aligned with our processes.
🔹 Active Directory Provisioning: Manage secure user access with Active Directory provisioning, supporting seamless onboarding and role transitions.
Must-Have Skills:
Workday expertise 🛠️ for configuration and reporting
ServiceNow proficiency 📈 for handling requests and incidents
Active Directory knowledge 🔒 for user access management
Experience working in an Agile environment 🏃
Nice-to-Have Skills:
