Technical Analyst – Voice Services Operations (Hybrid, Halifax)
Location: Hybrid – Halifax, NS
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 35 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join their Digital Communications Voice Team. In this role, you will provide essential support for various voice services operations and telecom billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for:
Centrex Moves, Adds, and Changes
VoIP Moves, Adds, and Changes
Mobility Orders and Programming Changes
Queue Management
Ticket Triage and Escalations
Telecom Billing Inquiries
Inventory Management
Work closely with clients to ensure smooth operations and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Analyst
Familiarity with Voice Services (ACD/UCD experience, voicemail administration, call routing, dial plans, and class of service)
Experience administering enterprise unified communication services
Strong understanding of circuit provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of WAN/LAN, SIP, SIPt, QoS, and VoIP technologies
Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams
Self-directed learning aptitude
Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction
Familiarity with ITIL processes and standards
