Hiring: Technical Analyst
📍 Location: Remote (Must be in Canada)

Key Responsibilities
👩💻 Enhance and maintain disaster recovery & asset management repositories
👩💻 Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams)
👩💻 Translate business needs into functional specs, workflows & design documents
👩💻 Perform audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity & compliance
👩💻 Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
👩💻 Deliver training and technical support to end users
👩💻 Collaborate closely with IT teams and program leadership
Key Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
🎓 5+ years experience as a Technical Analyst
🎓 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools
🎓 Proven skills in repository management, documentation, QA & problem-solving
⭐ Microsoft 365 certification is an asset
