Job Description:
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 10+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst
2. 5+ years of technical working experience with the following (ideally have all, if not at least 2, listed in order of prefence): Power Platform (1), MS Dynamics (2), Entra ID (3), and Microsoft DevOps (4)
3. 3-5+ years of technical working experience with troubleshooting Microsoft technologies, including Azure
4. 2-3+ years of writing technical documentation, and the development and implementation of test plans and test scripts; as well as document server changes
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Technical certification in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services
