🛠️ Required Technical Expertise:
✅ Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch, Spring REST, Spring Cloud, AOP, Hibernate – Expert level
✅ Microservices – Intermediate
✅ Event-driven architecture
✅ SQL & NoSQL (Document DB) – Intermediate
✅ Cloud – Azure – Intermediate
✅ Containerization – Kubernetes – Intermediate
✅ CI/CD – Jenkins, Azure DevOps – Intermediate

🧑‍💼 Must Have:
✔️ Proven experience in leading and mentoring Java development teams
✔️ Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices
✔️ Hands-on mindset and ability to own deliverables from design through deployment
