💰 $130,000 – $150,000 base salary
Are you a hands-on infrastructure leader who thrives in complex environments and leads from the front?
We’re hiring a Technical Team Lead to oversee core infrastructure and production operations while mentoring a team of engineers. This is not a people-only leadership role — you’ll be deeply involved in architecture decisions, troubleshooting, automation, and day-to-day operational excellence.

🔧 What You’ll Own
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers
Serve as primary escalation point for complex production incidents
Drive operational excellence across datacenter, networking, virtualization, and container platforms
Oversee change management, documentation standards, and system reliability
Partner cross-functionally with development, security, and architecture teams
Contribute hands-on to automation, infrastructure improvements, and modernization
🛠 Core Technical Environment
Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes (raw K8s/K3s), Docker
Networking: Fortinet (primary), some Cisco
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
Systems: RHEL, Debian, Windows Server
Storage: Dell EMC, Dell Unity, NetApp
Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch
Automation/IaC: Terraform, Ansible
Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
Cloud: Limited Azure/AWS (not cloud-first)
✅ What You Bring
7+ years in infrastructure / systems engineering
2+ years in a technical leadership capacity
Strong ITIL, change management, and incident response experience
Ability to stay technical while coaching and developing others
Clear, confident communication style
Experience in production-heavy, fast-paced environments
