Team Lead – Corporate Systems / Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid – Toronto, ON)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 CAD
We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Team Lead to drive day-to-day operations and lead a small team of engineers across enterprise infrastructure and production systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in on-prem environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and wants to make a real impact on operational stability and technical innovation.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of infrastructure specialists and SREs
Oversee servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and monitoring systems
Manage incident response, on-call rotations, and operational reliability
Participate hands-on in projects, infrastructure upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives
Drive process improvements, automation, and adherence to IT standards
What You Bring:
7+ years in infrastructure operations or systems engineering
2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
Deep knowledge of Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, storage, networking
Familiarity with containers, orchestration, monitoring, scripting, and CI/CD
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
