Talent Acquisition Specialist

🌀 HIRING – CONTRACT – HYBRID TORONTO 🌀

Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The duration of the contract is for 6 months with a possible extension or conversion to FTE in downtown Toronto and it’s 3 days/week onsite. Pay rate – $42/hr Inc.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter
2) Hands-on experience sourcing and pre-screening candidates using typical sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
3) Experience using an ATS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
4) Proficiency with MS suite: Excel (tracking capabilities, summarize data), MS Teams, Outlook

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with recruiting for client-facing retail banking roles or adjacent FI industries (insurance, investment)
2) Experience with in-person recruitment engagements (e.g. at a conference)
3) Bilingual in French
