Systems Analyst

Hiring: Systems Analyst – Cerner Scheduling (Remote | 20-Month Contract) 🚀
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst! This is a fully remote, 20-month contract opportunity where you’ll play a key role in the design, build, and implementation of the Cerner Scheduling Solution across a multi-hospital organization.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements & optimize workflows
✔️ Lead the design, build, and implementation of the Cerner Scheduling Solution
✔️ Develop and apply complex scheduling rules & manage Orders to Scheduling Mapping
✔️ Support Referral Management & process improvement initiatives
✔️ Conduct testing & quality assurance to ensure system functionality
✔️ Act as a liaison between IT, clinical, and business teams to drive solutions

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3-5+ years of experience with Cerner Millennium Scheduling
✅ Strong expertise in Orders to Scheduling Mapping & Referral Management
✅ Hands-on experience implementing scheduling solutions in Oncology, Ambulatory, Mental Health, Radiology, and Women’s Health
✅ Background in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

📍 Location: Fully Remote (must be in Canada)
⏳ Duration: 20 months | 35 hours/week
🚀 Start Date: End of April
Preferred Certifications: CPHIMS, ITIL, PMP, or Change Management (not required but a plus!)
