We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AMS Project Control Officer (PCO) to join our Application Management Services team. The PCO will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that AMS projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in project control activities.

In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating and tracking AMS project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of project goals.
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track actual costs against forecasts, and manage financial reporting for the project. Ensure adherence to financial controls and approval processes.
• Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks and issues. Ensure timely escalation and resolution by working closely with project stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Track resource allocations and availability, ensuring the efficient use of personnel for AMS projects. Maintain up-to-date records of project team assignments and changes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, financial reports, and risk logs. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Change Control: Assist with change management activities by monitoring project scope changes and ensuring proper approval processes are followed.
• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the AMS team and clients, assisting with communication, issue resolution, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery within the AMS team.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all AMS projects follow corporate governance and compliance requirements, including adherence to internal and external audit standards.
