🚨 Hiring: Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Specialist – Corporate Real Estate | Toronto | Contract
We’re looking for a strong Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Specialist with experience in high-value contract negotiations, supplier management, pricing analysis, and corporate real estate sourcing within a large enterprise environment.

💰 Pay Rate: $50-53/hr. Incop + HST

What you’ll be working on:
• Researching and evaluating supplier performance based on price, quality, service, support, availability, and other key factors
• Administering and negotiating bids, process specifications, progress reports, and related documentation
• Requesting or approving contract amendments, extensions, and related changes
• Advising internal departments on contractual rights and obligations
• Driving contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, mitigate risk, and maximize value
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and providing regular updates on sourcing initiatives
• Leading complex supplier negotiations to ensure agreements are commercially sound and aligned with strategic goals
• Developing relationships with business leaders to support enterprise objectives and influence sourcing/category strategies
• Supporting a customer-focused culture while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong third-party governance

Must-have experience:
• 5–7+ years of experience negotiating high-value supplier contracts
• 5+ years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience with sourcing, supplier selection, third-party contracting, and category management
• 3+ years of experience using procurement and analysis technologies
• Knowledge of applicable purchasing laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to have:
• Corporate real estate sourcing / third-party contracting experience
• Financial services or banking industry experience
• Knowledge of OSFI, OCC, CFPB, UDAAP, or related regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of supply chain management

The strongest candidate will have direct experience in sourcing and third-party contracting for corporate real estate, ideally within a banking or large enterprise environment.
