Pay Range – $40-50/Hr.

Job Summary
We are urgently looking for SSRS Developers with strong hands-on experience in migrating Crystal Reports to Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in report redesign, data validation, and performance optimization while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless report transition.

Key Responsibilities
-Migrate existing Crystal Reports to SSRS with functional and visual parity
Analyze existing Crystal Reports to understand business logic, parameters, formulas, and data sources
-Design and develop SSRS reports using RDL, T-SQL, datasets, and stored procedures
-Validate report outputs against Crystal Reports for accuracy and consistency
-Optimize queries and reports for performance and scalability
-Handle report deployment, scheduling, and security in SSRS
-Work closely with business analysts and end users to resolve discrepancies
-Provide post-migration support and documentation

Required Skills & Experience
-Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SSRS
-Proven experience in Crystal Reports migration to SSRS
-Advanced SQL Server & T-SQL skills (queries, views, stored procedures)
-Experience with report parameters, sub-reports, expressions, and drill-downs
-Knowledge of SSRS deployment, subscriptions, and security
-Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning
-Good understanding of data validation and reconciliation

Good to Have
-Experience with SSIS or ETL tools
-Exposure to Power BI or modern reporting platforms
-Knowledge of .NET / C# integration with reports
-Experience in banking, finance, or enterprise reporting environments
