Skills:

· Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Computer Science orequivalent OR Masters in Computer Applications or equivalent.
· 6+ years of software development experience and leading teams ofengineers and scrum teams
· 3+ years of hands-on experience of working with PHP, PERL ,PostGresql
· Should have hands-on experience in Agile methodology.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to interacteffectively with clients and stakeholders.
· Having knowledge in legacy systems and migration strategies, including re-platforming, re-hosting, re-engineering, and modernization (will be a plus)
