Sr Project Manager in Business Banking – Divestiture Duration: 6 month contract Location: core downtown Toronto Work Model: 4 days a week in office  (non negotiable) Rate: around 90-95 (depends on expertise level) Summary: a Sr Project Manager to oversee divestiture workstreams, including product and data analysis, client offboarding, and the transition of TPS products and services. This role will support the offboarding of 30+ products and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders, sitting within the Business PMO. Must-Haves: . 10+ years Project Management experience in Banking . PMP . Commercial banking experience . M&A [Mergers and Acquisitions] experience + experience supporting a divestiture, conducting product and data analysis to support offboarding . very strong communications skills, comfortable presenting to very senior level leaders . Experience in project management for divestitures, product offboarding, or complex business transitions.
