– Hybrid role: 3 days in Downtown Toronto

Required Skills:
– Expertise in Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge
– Proficiency in planning infrastructure projects with a focus on security, accessibility, and heritage areas
– Supervise the construction process, managing budget, schedule, and resource coordination
– Ensure project progression aligns with quality standards
– Conduct research on building history, architecture, and materials
– Offer insights on original design and construction techniques to aid in restoration
– Navigate regulations to maintain building authenticity
