Title: Project Manager IV

Duration: 4 months(with possibility of extension or conversion)

 

MUST HAVE:

1) 7+ experience proven project management experience, people management and team building skills

2) Able to work in fast, high-paced environment

3) Motivated and driven – takes initiative and hit the ground running. Highly motivated to drive progress

4) Ability to execute, take initiative and strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

5) Ability to build deliverables, build project road maps and cost benefit analysis

 

 

 

SUMMARY:

The main function of an IT Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. Accountable for supporting the day-to-day the delivery of gen AI use cases. Will work with resources and functions across to support Gen AI use case delivery, which include project planning, analysis to identify required work and optimize delivery, reporting and other miscellaneous activities. Candidate should have experience effectively managing and executing on programs and projects in a fast paced environment, have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable with analyzing large amounts of data to propose solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Work with leadership to identify scope, external and internal constraints informing critical pathCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, create and execute plan to complete use case delivery in given timeframe and in alignment with business expectations and prioritiesWork independently and/or with other members of the team on Gen AI initiativesElicit information from impacted business units and requirements using interviews, and document needs amongst multiple stakeholdersDocument process planning and execution planOversee the execution of the use cases being prioritized, work with marketing leads to escalate issues and manage stakeholders’ expectationsSupport leadership with analysis, planning and reportingFocus on service and quality excellence with an eye to continuous improvement

Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organizationStrong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
