Job Title: Sr. Program Manager
Location: Toronto, ON, CAN (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Range: $100 – $110/hr CAD

Mandatory Skills:
· PMP certified with 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
· Strong background in project, program & portfolio management, enterprise systems (COTS, cloud solutions), business transformation, and multi-ministry governance
· Proven ability to develop product roadmaps/backlogs and manage large-scale IT implementations using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
· In-depth knowledge of IT risk management, strategic planning, and mitigation practices
· Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and executive-level governance experience
· Vendor management expertise with SOW oversight and deliverable tracking
· Experience in business transformation/change management for enterprise IT initiatives
· Practical exposure to strategic IT investment planning and business case development
· Broad understanding of enterprise IT architecture, integrations, deployment models, and emerging digital trends
· Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
