Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr L&D Designer/Developer who will consult, scope, recommend, design and develop high-quality, fully accessible, multi-approach blended learning, evaluation and performance solutions supporting complex, highly visible, fast-paced learning projects.

Desired Skill Set:

7+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer
Experience in the banking industry
Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex, fast-paced projects.
Hands-on experience with Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word)
Nice To Have:

Educational background in Instructional Design / Adult Learning Certificate
Advanced design skills in creating high-quality, fully accessible learning deliverables in all modalities (i.e. instructor-led – classroom & virtual materials, and self-led learning, etc.)
