Sr. Java Developer

Hiring: Sr. Java Developer – Toronto, ON (Long-Term Contract)
We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, and microservices. The ideal candidate has a solid engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
✔ 10+ yrs Java (Spring Boot, REST, Multithreading)
✔ 7+ yrs Kafka / high-speed messaging
✔ 5+ yrs AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, Glue)
✔ Strong SQL (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server)
✔ Microservices architecture
✔ 3+ yrs Python
Nice to Have:
• Capital Markets / Investment Banking
• Shell scripting, Apache Camel
• Bedrock / Agentic AI
