MUST HAVE:

Golang expertise.
Go frameworks and libraries (e.g., Gin, Revel, Go Kit).
Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
Experience with microservices architecture.
API design / RESTful APIs / relational databases and NoSQL stores.
