Job description
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (40%) and React (60%) frameworks.
Build and optimize backend services and microservices leveraging Java, Kafka for messaging, and Python where applicable.
Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React, ensuring excellent user experience.
Integrate and manage Kafka messaging systems for real-time data processing and communication.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure system reliability.
Stay updated with emerging frameworks, tools, and best practices; recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Java EE) and react.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and streaming.
Proficiency in Python scripting and related frameworks/libraries.
Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
