Working with one of the top clients, this role calls for a Sr. Full Stack Developer (Java/ React/ Node.js).

Desired Skill Set:

30–40% hands-on development; remaining focus on solutioning, leading, driving technical change, and contributing to strategic direction
Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, modern applications
Proficient across multiple tech stacks, including: Java, React, Python, JavaScript
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Azure
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
Well-versed in DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
Solid database knowledge—comfortable with SQL, NoSQL, or hybrid solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a mindset for continuous improvement
