We’re Hiring: Sr. Business Systems Analyst
📍 Location: Calgary, Alberta 🇨🇦
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite per week)
⏰ Job Type: Contract 💼
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify integration opportunities
• Analyze existing applications, databases, and infrastructure for integration feasibility
• Partner with Enterprise and Salesforce Architects to design integration solutions (data mapping, workflows, interfaces)
• Work with development teams to implement and validate integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and defects
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration designs and configurations
• Communicate integration plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
Technical Skills Required:
• Experience with integration technologies and platforms (MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, RESTful APIs)
• Strong understanding of data formats and protocols (JSON, XML, CSV, HTTP, FTP, SFTP)
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
