Sr. Business Analyst – ServiceNow (HRSD)
📍 Location: Oshawa (Hybrid – 3 days remote)
⏳ Contract Duration: 24 months
💼 Level: MP4
💲 Rate: $90–$95/hr

✨ What we’re looking for:
🔹 3–5+ years as a ServiceNow BA
🔹 HRSD expertise (primary) + ITSM (secondary)
🔹 Strong Agile experience (user stories, acceptance criteria, ceremonies)
🔹 ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification
🔹 Experience with ServiceNow ATF
