Sr. Business Analyst – Cybersecurity / Agile
Contract: 6 months with renewal
Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite (Oct), 5 days onsite (Jan)

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with Agile project methodology, leveraging Jira and/or DevOps.
Proven ability to translate requirements into coherent user stories.
Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success working with business users, IT development teams, and external vendors.
Strong business relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity-related projects within large organizations.
Additional Skills and Knowledge
Business analysis expertise: requirement gathering, JAD sessions, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and process modeling.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud applications, Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Flow.
Proficiency with DevOps, Jira, and Team Foundation Server.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, COTS solutions, SQL, web technologies, and data reporting tools.
Familiarity with OPS methodologies (Unified Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Governance).
Understanding of AODA compliance standards.
