Sr Business Analyst

Hiring Sr Business Analyst position for Toronto location

Must Haves:
Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research, developing personas, and creating end-to-end journey maps, with the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and prototypes for stakeholder and user validation.
Strong experience analyzing large, rules-based enterprise systems with multiple integrations, including coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, assess impacts, and ensure alignment across interconnected applications and services.
Proven experience working in mature agile environments, including leading requirements discovery, writing and refining complex user stories, managing and prioritizing product backlogs, and supporting sprint planning, reviews, and refinements to ensure business outcomes are delivered.
