💼 Job Overview

Product Support Management: Develop support strategies and lifecycle plans. Coordinate logistics and monitor performance. Oversee configuration management.
Secure Project Management: Develop secure project plans. Define objectives, scope, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance.
Technology Portfolio Management: Implement portfolio processes. Maintain technology inventories and assess investment alignment. Monitor performance and risks.
Systems Requirements Planning: Elicit and document business/technical requirements. Analyze for compliance and translate into specifications. Validate with stakeholders and manage traceability.
Systems Testing and Evaluation: Develop test plans and processes. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and security testing. Analyze results, document findings, and manage defect resolution.

📌 Qualifications

Over 4 and up to 6 years of experience is necessary.

Skills:

Product Support: Technical sustainment, analytical performance monitoring, communication, process improvement.
Secure Project Management: Project planning, cybersecurity implementation, business case development, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination.
Technology Portfolio: Portfolio analysis, financial and risk assessment, reporting.
Systems Requirements: Requirements elicitation, analysis, stakeholder engagement, traceability.
Systems Testing: Test planning/execution, defect analysis, automated testing tools.

Education: A 4-year university degree or 2-year college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Certifications: CSM, CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other IT/security credentials are assets.
