Lead technical teams across the full project lifecycle, delivering architecture design and implementation for large-scale, multi-client systems—primarily focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

The position demands deep expertise in PeopleSoft upgrades, Fluid and Classic Plus UI, and enterprise HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labour.

Require strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address integration challenges, develop innovative architecture strategies, and support long-term, multi-stakeholder business objectives.
