Sr. Agile Delivery Manager (Project Manager/Scrum Master)
Looking for someone with digital experience surrounding banking products/portals; someone who has worked on a digital channels upgrade/migration and has 10+ years of professional experience.

Contract (6mo/possible extension up to 2y)
Location: downtown Toronto
Work-model: hybrid, 2 days a week (Monday, Wednesday) – remote is NOT possible (!)
Rate: around 90/hr (must be incorporated)
Start: end of June

This role is a combination of a Scrum Master and Project Manager. This ADM will oversee an Agile Pod responsible for Self Serve portal programs at one of the major Canadian banks.

Required Certifications: PMP (mandatory), and Agile Certified PMI-ACP and/or Certified Scrum Master CSM

Required Skills: Canadian Banking experience; executive-level strategic thinking. Track-record of leading large, cross-functional teams in delivering results / decisions. Focus on cross-group collaboration. Expert in Data driven decision making/ verbal & written communication/ Influencing and problem solving.
