Sr. Agile Coach

#NowHiring Sr. Agile Coach (Preferred Hybrid in Regina, SK, Will consider Remote within Canada candidates)
Our client requires two (2) Senior level Agile Coaches to lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy. These resources will coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams. These resources will design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs; manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events; Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change. And perform other Agile Coach related duties as necessary.

Mandatory Requirements:
– 6–8 years of experience in Agile environments as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master, including enterprise-level coaching and transformation.
