💼 Job Description:
As a Senior Analytics Developer (Splunk Dev), you’ll collaborate with architects, analysts, and IT teams to deliver robust solutions. Key responsibilities include:
📈 Splunk Development: Create, automate, and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and analytics.
🛠️ Environment Optimization: Manage and optimize Splunk Enterprise, Enterprise Security (ES), and ITSI environments.
🔧 Troubleshooting & Tuning: Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
🏗️ Data Architecture: Contribute to designing data storage and transformation architectures.
🔒 Security & Monitoring: Support enterprise security monitoring and analytics functions.
👥 Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor team members and work cross-functionally to translate business needs into insights.
📝 Documentation: Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment follow best practices.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in computer technology.
9+ years of relevant IT experience (senior level).
6+ years hands-on experience with Splunk, Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), and Splunk ITSI.

🌟 Desired Qualifications:
Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or related Splunk certifications.
2+ years building Splunk dashboards, analytics, and mobile reports.
2+ years integrating Splunk with Azure Analytics and/or Power BI.
Knowledge of Informatica, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, SAP HANA, Microsoft Power BI, and Data Lake technologies (Hadoop, Azure).
Proven record of continuous improvement and full lifecycle solution implementations.
Strong communication and SAP integration experience (preferred).
