We are seeking an experienced Specialized IT Consultant to provide Tier 2 application support for healthcare HRIS and financial systems supporting over 31,000 healthcare employees.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years of Service Management and remote client support experience
• Microsoft Great Plains 2016/2018
• Logibec MMS (Materials Management System)
• BSSI HFM (Health Financial Management)
• OTR
• AODA Compliance
• Experience with Footprints Ticketing System
• Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management

✅ Preferred Experience:
• Healthcare Industry Experience
• Knowledge of PHIPA and healthcare data privacy requirements
• MS Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 support for HRIS, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Financial applications
• Troubleshoot complex application issues
• Perform ticket triage, prioritization, and resolution
• Collaborate with DBAs, System Administrators, Security, and Network teams
• Support service management process improvements
