Solution Architect – ForgeRock | Contract | Major Canadian Bank
📍 Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (2+ days onsite weekly)

We’re hiring a hands-on Solution Architect with deep ForgeRock expertise to join a high-visibility, enterprise-grade Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) initiative.
You’ll help shape the future of authentication and access architecture for a platform that supports 16+ million users globally, including cross-border stakeholders across LATAM and North America.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Architect and design new IAM/CIAM capabilities using ForgeRock (on-prem or SaaS).
Collaborate with security, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure authentication flows.
Review and interpret business requirements into actionable architectural solutions.
Design based on industry standards (FIDO2, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, NIST 800-63B).
Provide detailed solution artifacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend roadmap alignment.
✅ What You Bring:
10+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3+ years in a solution architecture role.
3+ years of hands-on ForgeRock experience – configuration, customization, and platform design.
Expertise in CIAM, credential flows, and MFA integration.
Familiarity with Ping Identity, Okta, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Bonus Points For:
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.js
Financial services or enterprise security background
Deployment experience on GCP, AWS, or Azure
