SM Software Consulting is looking for an experienced Solution Architect – CRM (Intermediate) for an exciting opportunity with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
📌 Job Title: RQ11372 – Solution Architect – CRM – Intermediate
📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite – 595 Bay Street)
📅 Estimated Start Date: September 14, 2026
📅 Estimated End Date: March 16, 2027 (Extension possible)
⏰ Work Schedule: 7.25 hours/day
🔐 Security Requirement: CRJMC + Credit Check

Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 8+ years of Enterprise Architecture leadership experience in complex distributed environments
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Finance and Operations (F&O)
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure architecture including App Services, Data Factory, Synapse, Data verse, and Power Platform
✅ Experience with Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture governance processes, ARB approvals, and Cyber Security Assessments
✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills
✅ Experience with CI/CD strategies and cloud performance optimization
