Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial processes. GAAP
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (preferably Oracle Fusion ERP–EPM).
Proven experience in software testing, QA methodologies, and documentation.
Top 3 Nice-to-Have Skills:
Background in finance or accounting (CPA or equivalent exposure).
Experience with automation testing tools or test management systems.
Familiarity with integration testing across multiple enterprise platforms.
