Software Licensing Specialist

A financial client is looking for a Software Licensing Specialist to support the Enterprise License Management team by ensuring enterprise-wide software license compliance and optimizing software asset utilization. The role focuses on conducting Effective License Position (ELP) reviews by analyzing entitlements, contracts, and deployment data using tools like Flexera and ServiceNow SAM Pro. This individual will identify licensing risks, support renewals and true-ups, collaborate with product owners and vendors, and provide reporting and analytics to drive cost optimization and compliance. They are looking for strong expertise in software licensing models, contract interpretation, data analysis, and stakeholder communication is essential, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
