Required Skills:

Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Knowledge of ITIL practices, especially in incident, problem, and change management.
Ability to write clear, concise documentation and reports. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Good to have – Life Insurance Domain Experience at least 3 years Preferably managed few Insurance Application support projects .
Good communication skills.
Technical Skills Required:

MuleSoft Anypoint Studio 6.x/7.x, Mule Runtime 3.x/4.x, Mule RTF. Anypoint Platform (Exchange, API Manager, MQ, Runtime Manager, Monitoring).
Good Knowledge on Java.
Database (Oracle, Postgres).
Jenkins, Sumologic, NewRelic, ServiceNow. Postman, SoapUI, Toad, Putty, WinSCP.
Good hands-on Linux commands/scripting.
