About the Role:
We are looking for 3 Software Engineering Managers to guide high-performing teams in building secure, reliable solutions using the Microsoft stack. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for driving both the technical direction and people leadership of your team. You’ll mentor engineers, shape the architecture, streamline delivery pipelines, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure your squad delivers features that solve real-world problems.

Lead & Grow the Team
Hire, coach, and develop engineers to build a world-class squad.
Set goals, provide actionable feedback, and champion career growth.
Foster a culture of high performance, clarity, and autonomy.
Drive Technical Excellence
Own architecture, ensuring resiliency, performance, and security.
Enforce secure-by-design principles, threat modeling, and monitoring.
Promote engineering best practices, streamline CI/CD, and unblock delivery bottlenecks.
Execute & Align
Translate the product vision into actionable backlogs and release plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, dealer support, and product teams to ensure alignment.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels about priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
Run the Business of the Team
Manage team performance, daily operations, and budgets.
Protect team health and foster an inclusive, transparent decision-making culture.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
8+ years of professional software development, including 3+ years managing engineers.
Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
Hands-on CI/CD experience with a passion for automation.
Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred).
Proven track record in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) with JIRA/Confluence.
Strong communication skills, able to engage both senior stakeholders and junior engineers.
Fintech domain experience (lender/agency side) with knowledge of regulatory and compliance controls.
Bonus Points:
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience in improving incident response and on-call processes.
Formal threat-modeling or secure-coding certification.
