👤 About the Role
We’re seeking two dynamic and forward-thinking Software Engineering Managers to join our growing leadership team. If you’re a strategic thinker who loves to challenge the status quo, coach teams, and build secure, scalable software — this is your lane.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role — we’re looking for leaders who bring energy, curiosity, and transformation. You’ll drive delivery, own technical direction, and help shape how we adopt and integrate emerging technologies like AI and DevOps automation into our platform.
🎯 What You’ll Do
💼 Lead & Grow the Team
Hire, coach, and manage a team of 7–10 software engineers
Set clear goals, provide feedback, and champion career development
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture with strong agile delivery
⚙️ Drive Technical Excellence
Own technical architecture and direction (C#, .NET, AWS)
Implement best practices in CI/CD, security, and cloud-native design
Promote innovation and AI adoption across your team
🧠 Execute & Align
Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and DevOps
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
🧰 Your Experience & Skills
✅ 8+ years of professional software development
✅ 3+ years leading engineering teams (5–10 engineers)
✅ Expertise in .NET Core/.NET 7/8, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
✅ Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
✅ AWS production experience (Lambda, EC2, RDS, etc.)
✅ Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and team velocity metrics
✅ Experience hiring and managing performance (including letting go when needed)
✅ Curious mindset with a passion for AI, automation, and innovation
✅ Bonus: Experience in Fintech or regulated domains (PCI, SOC 2, etc.)
