✅ What You Bring:
8+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of people leadership – managing, hiring, and mentoring engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) – especially .NET 7/8.
Cloud-native mindset with AWS experience in production environments.
Track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) – you’ve likely worn the Scrum Master hat before.
Experience introducing or scaling AI-driven tooling or development workflows is a major plus.
Strong communication, executive presence, and the ability to rally teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred.
