What You’ll Do
Lead & grow a team of full-stack engineers (.NET / AWS)
Own end-to-end delivery: velocity, quality, reliability, maintainability
Shape architecture and technical standards without becoming a bottleneck
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Design to ship high-value solutions
Integrate AI and automation tools to streamline development and reduce manual effort
Foster a culture of trust, psychological safety, and high standards
Who You Are
2+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
Hands-on experience with .NET development and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Must have experience with GenAI
Familiar with microservices, distributed systems, and SRE practices
Strong leader and multiplier—you measure success by your team’s impact
Comfortable navigating legacy systems and greenfield projects
